but i am little bit scared that after finishing from dieting program i will restore my eating habit like before and gain my old weight . or may be i'll control my way of eating food , and satay away from restaurant food and chocolates and rice and eating small amount of meals every day . but in my diet program , inaha allah i will eat only grilled meat and chicken and fish and i will eat salad , drink lemon juice , green tea and some stuff . but playing sports , it doesn't work with me , i prefer only walking , but not in the machine , and a hate doing some exercise so , its better to jog .
